WTF? I just posted a clarification of my comment on FB with regard to Joe Lieberman and Eric del Valle being role model for Jewish kids in the USA and Panama, respectively.
Here´s my point:
Del Valle was the first and only Jewish president of Panama. Joe Lieberman was the first Jewish person to be on a major party ticket. Both mediocreties. Obama is mediocre to bad as he does the bidding of the 20 largest banks, the insurance lobby, big pharma who can´t get rid of all that thimerosol after the consert decree, and of course the military contractor and private prisons.
But, OK, let´s grant that it was important to support an African-American candidate because of the systemic racism in American culture to the point of a holocaust when you conisder the evil of privatized prison and NoChildLeftBehind.... Read More
What the hell was wrong with Cynthia McKinney on the Green Party ticket thent? She had a veteran Democratic front-bencher until she ran afould of AIPAC. They sent out the useless Majette to beat McKinney in the primariy a few years ago, but McKinney fought her way back into the seat where she cast only anti-war, pro-people, votes over and over again. Her warchest for 2006 just wasnt big enough to fend of the AIPAC supported Johnson.
A McKinney presi dency would have featured NO WARS, NO PROXY CIVIL WARS, NO COERCIVE USA MILITARY BASES, A FAR MORE "CONSERVATIVE" APPROACH TO FISCAL POLICY AND NO GODDAMED GIVEAWAYS TO WALL STREET BILLIONAIRES.
Morever, her FREE GAZA MOVEMENT in conjuction with Mairead Magurie and Captain Dennis Healy, demonstrates beyond all doubt that Obama is salesman and McKinney already IS a far more appropriate ROLE MODEL for all American children than Obama could even be.
So, why was OBAMA the "milestone" candidate instead of McKINNEY? Because Obama raised more money from MALIGN Wall Street and polluting industrial sources than McKINNEY ever could.
