    Eventually Chavez will increase his control of the Venezuelan oil industry to the point that he controls the entire business.

    By that time the industry will show plenty of signs of decline, and Chavez will find scape goats.

    Of course he will never acknowledge the problem that is already underway -- the problem of a socialist running a capitalist business.
