DMX is currently under investigation for allegedly giving a false name at an Arizona hospital to avoid being billed.

According to The Arizona Republic, authorities believe that DMX checked into one of three Mayo Hospital Clinics in Arizona on April 15 under the name of 'Troy Jones 'and was treated for pneumonia.

The accusation is part of a May 9 search warrant which was served to Mayo hospitals in Phoenix and Scottsdale seeking for documents related to 'Troy Jones'.

Authorities say DMX admitted himself into one of the Mayo hospitals as 'Troy Jones' complaining of shortness of breath and chest pains but gave his real birth date, December 18th 1970.

They claim DMX stayed at the hospital for 8 hours and told a visitor to his hospital room that “someone in the projects is going to get the bill”. (I'm Hip Hop)

DMX was arrested earlier today (May 7) on suspicion of driving at speeds exceeding 100mph on Loop 101 through Scottsdale.

On January 21, X was photographed driving his 1966 Chevy Nova II on the Loop 101 at a speed of 100 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone.

Just a minute later he was photographed at another camera moving at a speed of over 114 miles per hour.

Three minutes later, DMX was caught on camera driving at a speed of 101 miler per hour.

Police arrested DMX at his home in Cave Creek and charged him with racing on a highway, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment, three counts of criminal speed and driving with a suspended license. (IHH)

Hopefully, everything's alright with DMX, I mean, his outlook on life didn't seem to great in the interview. He had a Fuck it type attitude.

“I [was] the first n—a to put out two albums in one year [It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot and Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood in 1998], now I’m gonna hit ‘em again — drop two albums on the same f—in’ day, yo,” X said from his home in Arizona on Friday. “A double album will make mutha—-as mad, because they gotta spend more money — plus it’s already a long [double] album. I’m talking about a hip-hop album and a gospel album.”
