Reverend Al Sharpton is calling on citizens of New York City to come together for a day of active protests throughout the city on Wednesday (May 7).
Sharpton and the National Action Network are organizing a citywide “pray in” in six locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn, in hopes of moving the United States Department of Justice to action in the Sean Bell case. (Allhiphop)
I'm bout tired of this dusty house negro acting like he's been supporting the community! Basically, I'm with David Banner on this issue:
The next time you see Al Sharpton, tell him I said @#*$ him and he can suck my dick. I might change the name of my album from The Greatest Story Never Told to @#*$ Al Sharpton. I hate Al Sharpton.
"I can't stand Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton at all," he said. "Al Sharpton talked about pimps, and you look more like a pimp than my uncle — and my uncle was a pimp. Take your perm out. And I say that because all of these people, all of these so-called positive [people], I didn't see them in the 'hood."
"I walked that water [in New Orleans]," he continued. "I had dead bodies by my foot, you know? And it's so crazy to me, I watch us crucify our own people, but we don't put that pressure on [President] Bush. We don't put that pressure on our kids' teacher. We don't put that pressure on our politicians. We turn around and put it on our children, because young black men don't have anybody to protect us."
They tried to crucify Nelly and Akon...we need to come together because they're only doing this because we're not saying anything. [Sharpton's] a permed-out pimp. Him and Jesse Jackson are out here charging people to do rallies with them. They're more worried about their investors than our kids. Tell him David Banner said it.
"One thing that I want to tell these kids — and I want to look in these people's eyes," Banner said, taking his sunglasses off. "They talk about ballin' and this, that and the other, but don't nobody ever tell you about the IRS. You think you gangster, you think you 'hood, you think you Mafioso, [but] there is nothing more gangster than the IRS. My mama always told me, 'The bigger the blessing, the bigger the stressing.' Like, yeah, I had a lot of money, but then I also had a lot of debt. I have people that I take care of, I have staff who whether I sell a record or a beat got to get paid. And I'm gonna take my glasses off so you can see it, and I don't do this much. I'm doing it for Sway. I just got out of tax debt."
To find out what he means when he says the IRS is an illegal organization, just read up on Sherry Peel Jackson, a former IRS Agent and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Here's an excerpt of her closing argument at the Close of the Citizens' Truth-In Taxation Hearing, in Washington, D.C., February 27-28, 2002:
"ADDRESSING THE JURY -- THE AMERICAN PEOPLE"
Ladies and Gentlemen:
My name is Sherry Peel Jackson. I became a Certified Public Accountant
in 1987, I was an Internal Revenue Agent in the Atlanta District for 7
years, and I became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2001.
I am here to summarize the tales of ignorance and deception that you
have heard over the last two days and I am here to inform you of the
state of the nation so that you may choose your next course of action.
You have heard the truth of how the Internal Revenue Service,
Department of Justice, Federal Reserve and politicians have perpetuated
this smoke and mirrors -- dog and pony show on you the American people
for over 88 years. You have heard of American families devastated by
the invasion of privacy and unbridled fear placed upon them through
threats of liens, levy's and even jail time. In my tenure as an IRS
agent, I personally saw marriages broken, families torn apart, homes
confiscated and businesses destroyed -- all while my colleagues and I
were out making unjust demands on the American people -- without the
proper authority. Now, you be the judge.
You have seen that Commissioner Charles Rosatti, Dan Bryant, the
majority of our congressional delegation and other civil servants have
refused to do their jobs. It would have been as simple as answering the
questions of these well-educated researchers in a public forum, such as
this one. But they have reneged, so you be the judge.
You have learned that the Constitution for the United States of America
has been trampled on and ignored through allowing the privately owned
Federal Reserve to create paper currency and charge you 47 million
dollars in interest per hour -- money coming from the mouths of your
children and the college education funds of your grandchildren, all the
while the children and grandchildren of the owners of the Federal
Reserve will never have to work a day in their lives, and that is
wrong, on so many different levels.
And let me tell you, that as a black woman I am keenly aware of the
history of slavery. But do you understand that we are all slaves to
this system? Do you understand that the media and Hollywood play a part
keeping the American people so fixated on Alley McBeal, WWF Smackdown,
Moeisha and The Practice that we don't take time to read The Creature
from Jekyll Island, study the Internal Revenue Code and learn the
Constitution?

No i'm not shocked because I've already heard about this but I was shocked when I started hearing these businessmen talking about the end of the happy/well-off America... So i started looking into it so now I just post it so people might see whats up
talking about the end of the happy/well-off America
^^^^^^^^ who he was talking bout??? who was ever well off cept fa they rich, corporate america lying thieveing asses, the difference tween the well off ppl and ppl like me, we can adapt and learn to survive, regardless of the situation, let they ass have to figure out where they gas money coming from, or how they gon make a mofo dollar outta fifteen cents, they wouldn't be able to do it, or could they, they so mofo crooked...lol

I noticed when I talk to people who lived lower income before or are a minority that goes through the little day to day subtle racist occurrences in life, they aren't surprised OR mad when they hear the economy is failing, or the future isn't bright... But people that have lived well, they always believe everything's ok and nothing bad can happen... They also are quick to label something a conspiracy theory if it's not mainstream news material.
You know what I'm sayin?
Love the read...it's crazy out here man....
Thanks K
