Christopher Clanton, who played Savino Bratton on "The Wire," is in good condition after he was stabbed during a fight in Northeast Baltimore early Sunday morning.
The Baltimore Sun reported the actor was stabbed in the chest and buttocks early Sunday morning. Police said they believe the injury was the result of Clanton's effort to break up a fight between two men. The fight escalated and reportedly eventually included nearly 30 people. Police were forced to use pepper spray to break up the crowd, and discovered Clanton had been stabbed.
The 22-year-old was taken to a local hospital and is reported to be in good condition. He is expected to be released Monday or Tuesday, according to the newspaper. He was the only person injured in the melee. (link)
Why was he the only person that got stabbed? And who specifically targeted this young man's ass when they decided to poke him up?
