T.I.’s legal team filed motions in November claiming that the search of T.I.’s vehicle during his arrest Oct. 13 was illegal as it was done without “a warrant, consent or probable cause” and thus “all evidence obtained in the searches and all statements as well as fruits thereof must be suppressed” the motion said.

As we all know, this infamous picture is the one that is supposed to incriminate T.I. on the grounds that he tried to illegally purchase these weapons.

This photo was posted in the same days as the arrest, which is suspect just off the fact that the FBI never releases evidence to the public before they build some kind of case!

T.I. is obviously very confident about this illegal search as seen in this video taken from his home last month.

This shouldn't be suprising considering the fact that they also illegally searched Prodigy's vehicle, and then said they would let him off if he "planted" guns in 50 Cent's car.
