A fan seated near the couple claims, Beyonce lost her cool when Jay Z received a 15 minute telephone call from Rihanna. Beyonce reportedly yelled out "why do you keep talking to her" and stormed out of the arena before Jay Z could explain.

Also in May, while Beyonce was in Los Angeles accepting a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame, Jay Z was allegedly in New York City wining and dining Rihanna. While the two did attend a series of business meetings, they also had dinner for two at Cipriani's and later that evening they were spotted entering one of the private rooms at Jay Z's 40/40 club. Our spy tells us that Jay-Z and the young singer were all alone in the screened off room for more than four hours.


I KNOW YOU KNOW the only thing a man would do with Rihanna for four hours!


One of Jay-Z's representatives conceded that the Jigga Man and Rihanna have been spending a lot of time together. But the rep vehemently denied that anything is going one between the pair. According to the rep, "it takes a lot to groom an artist and Jay's just putting in the work."



Hell yea Jay's putting in the work!


Now Rihanna comes out and releases the details of her audition with Jay that led to her signing to Def Jam:



She recalls, “The audition definitely went well. They (Def Jam) locked me into the office - till 3am. And Jay Z said, ‘There’s only two ways out. Out the door after you sign this deal. Or through this window…’ and we were on the 29th floor. Very flattering”.





...Locked her into the office until 3am? I'm 'bout to go intern for Def Jam!
